The challenge
Learning teams in financial services need approaches that hold up under regulatory scrutiny while still meeting people in the flow of their work.

Each session was shaped around the constraints of the industry: compliance expectations, distributed teams, and limited time away from the job.
What I designed and led
I have presented four webinars for BAI, now ProSight, on learning and development strategy for financial services. Topics include just-in-time learning, scenario-based instruction, and AI-enhanced approaches.
Why those choices mattered
The work demonstrates my ability to translate learning science into practical guidance for a regulated industry and to facilitate for professional audiences at scale.
