Brighton Chamber of Commerce
Beyond the Prompt: AI Strategy for Leaders
March and May 2026, with a third session scheduled for September 2026
- Executive education
- Small business
- AI strategy
- Facilitation
The challenge
Local business leaders were collecting prompting tips without a way to decide where AI belonged in their operations or how to adopt it responsibly.
What I discovered
Working with chamber leadership, I focused the sessions on the decisions small business owners actually face: which workflows to target, what risk they can accept, and how to move a team past one-off experiments.
What I designed and led
I designed and facilitated the workshop for chamber members, covering workflow opportunities, responsible adoption, and the leadership decisions required to turn experimentation into value.
Why those choices mattered
Leaders who understand the strategy behind AI use can direct their teams, rather than depending on whoever happens to be curious about the tools.
