Supporting faculty adoption of ePortfolios

A phased ePortfolio implementation required faculty across departments to adopt an unfamiliar platform in service of their own teaching goals.

I consulted with faculty and department leaders to understand their pedagogical goals and where the platform helped or got in the way.

I served as a liaison among faculty, the technology vendor, and university departments. I combined pedagogical and technical knowledge to create training and support materials, deliver training, consult with faculty and department leaders, and communicate implementation needs to vendor leadership.

This early technology-adoption work demonstrates the throughline in my career: implementation succeeds when people receive context, practical support, and learning designed around how they actually work.
